そもそも宅建士は高額商品で

人の生命財産をあずかる商品を扱うわけだから

普通に難しいのが当然

 

宅建士は難しくて社会的に意義のある資格なのだと

宅建は視力検査とバカ暗記 ひっかけ 老眼

宅建をやっており問題で何を間違ったのか分からなかったので過去問をあさりました。

 

問題文の第一種住居地域を第一種低層住居専用地域と取り違えたようです。

最初の文字だけ見て思い込みで判断しています。

というか意図的にひっかけに来ております。

 

最初は日本語がどこかおかしいのか、論理がどこかおかしいのかとめちゃくちゃ悩みましたが、なんの事はない初歩的な文字でのひっかけです。

 

しかしながらただでさえ乱視で近視で老眼で視力0.008のワタクシには日本語が読みづら過ぎて、この出題形式がキツ過ぎる。

論理性や思考力を試されるのではなく、暗記力と視力検査をさせられます。

 

宅建に適正がないというより、問題文視力検査とバカ暗記に適正がない笑

 

英検やTOEICの語学は視力検査じゃなくて聴力検査と論理性と類推力だからまだ適正があるのだわ笑

 

マジで宅建はタダの視力検査と細かいところの暗記なので、そもそものやる気があまり湧きず削がれてきます。宅建の内容は素晴らしく良いのですが

 

一応ひっかけと視力検査のパターンを覚えておこう笑

 

暗記も暗記のパターンを覚える意味がないけど覚えるか

(スマホがある時代に覚えてどうすんのかねとも思うが、核戦争で文明が滅びスマホ等無くなるかもしれないので覚えておこう)

 

宅建の資格試験は高齢者になるとホントに大変です。

私立文系の社会のバカ暗記と同じですが、バカ暗記は資格取得に役に立つ。

 

バカ暗記と視力検査こそ全てである。

大受験にも言えるんじゃなかろうか?

社会の重要性に今頃気付いてしまった。

 

 

 


 

愛子のラーメン屋の社長と会話 奄美釣り三昧

4ヶ月ぶりです。

 

たまたまカウンターで仙台愛子でラーメン屋をやっている社長と会話

リーゼントっぽいパーマでアディダスのジャージ来て関東連合とかの半グレっぽい笑

長身細身のスタイリッシュ中年ええ年こいた半グレって感じでオトコ前

 

店は従業員にまかせて社長は奄美トカラ列島で釣り三昧だそうである。

奄美まで飛行機で行きそこから船でトカラ列島に行きマグロ等を釣りまくるらしい

 

モトモトは岩手から出てきて国分町ショットバーの店長でそこからラーメン屋に転身

 

愛子のラーメン屋さんは行列が出来る程の人気店

 

人生楽しまな損よね

手術終わって仮に復活したら20代を過ごした鹿児島に行きたいものである

 


 

手術まで1ヶ月以上 いろいろ振り返る

脊柱管狭窄症の手術まであと1ヶ月少し

 

なんで背中を15センチも切り、電気メスで筋肉を剥がし脊椎をくり抜き、黄色靭帯を除去せんといかんねんと怒り狂ってきます。

 

全てが

『ゼニやゼニやゼニがなかったらあかんのジャ、農民は休みなんかないんじゃ、休んで旅行に行ってる公務員とかアホじゃ』

と喚き散らし

 

小学生時代に仕事を手伝わずにいるとアタマから灰皿の灰をぶっかけられるという幼少期からの労働の結果です。

 

大学時代に家の仕事を手伝っている時から足は痺れていたので、結局のところは20年以上脊髄が壊れたままで、脊髄からの『もう限界』との悲鳴があがり大手術となりました。

 

幼少期の身体が出来ていない時からの酷使が要因と思われます。

 

 

去年の8月にスイカを収穫している時にも首から下が痺れてきて

『もう身体が壊れるからこれ以上大量に生産するな、なんでそんな事するんや』

と言っても

『スイカが出来上がってんのやからしゃーない、ぶつくさ言わずに運べ』

と言われた事が忘れられません。

 

人の身体よりもスイカや飼いネコの方が大事なのですからしょうがない。

ホンマに人として産まんといて欲しかった。

 

親ガチャ等というつもりはありませんが、自分の事しか考えずに、他人を利用するだけのやつとは関わっても意味がありません。

周りに合わせて柔軟に対応出来ないバカが身近にいると災難でしかありません。

アホとは関わるだけムダ

 

 

ワタクシは頚椎も恐らく手術が必要になりそうなので、そろそろ終活について真剣に考えていこう笑

 

 

 


 

宅建 テキストまたぎ 重要

三流外資系サラリーマン大家障害者です。

 

歩けないので日々宅建

 

テキストを読み進めていますが、一方では記載されていて一方では記載されていないし、舌足らずになっているという箇所が結構あります。

 

レックの出る順テキストは法令上の制限その他で約500ページありますが、開発許可の肝心なところが記載されておらず、その代わりにとらの巻には記載されていたりします。

 

とらの巻は薄いですが要点が出る順テキストよりもよく纏まっている気がします。

出る順テキストととらの巻を行ったり来たりという勉強方法が実力が付く気がします。

 

だいぶと知識の穴がどこにあるか分かって来ました。このまま続けていこう。
